An Amazing Snorkelling Experience!

Immerse yourself in an extraordinary snorkelling adventure at the Grand Aquarium! Join the Fish Friends Face-off for a memorable experience with family and friends. Home to over a thousand fishes, the Grand Aquarium offers important lessons about coral and marine life conservation, and a breath-taking inside look at our ocean! The programme allows you to up-close observe the Scalloped Hammerhead Sharks and different species of ray, including their largest member Manta Ray! Time to say hi to the ocean giants!

    *This programme fee does not include the Park's admission, all participants must enter the Park on the programme date with a valid admission ticket.

    #A maximum of 2 groups of this programme can be purchased per session per Ocean Park Annual Membership.

    ^The enrolment is on a 2-person basis. Participant group with less than 2 persons have to pay for 2-person full price. The pricing is the same for both adults and children. This fee includes the rent for wetsuits and snorkelling equipment.

    Capacity:

    2 groups per session, maximum 2 participants per group. (If there is participant under the age of 12, 1 paying parent/ guardian who satisfies all programme requirements needs to accompany the children for each group.)


    Language:

    Cantonese, supplemented by simple English and Putonghua.


    Smart Tips:

    • Participants are required to wear wetsuit, diving boots, gloves, mask, snorkel and buoyancy aid provided by the Park to participate this programme. Participants can bring their own equipment listed above (Except buoyancy aid) and will be checked and disinfected by the Park before programme commences. 
    • Near-sighted participants are permitted to wear contact lens to participate this programme. 
    • Participants are required to bring their own swimsuits, slippers and towels. 
    • Participants can wear a clean T-shirt under wetsuit to keep warm if necessary. 
    • The snorkeling area spans 6m x 12m. The experience session will last for around 30 minutes. 
    • In order to protect animal's safety and water quality, participants are required to remove make-ups, skin care and sunscreen products before the programme. 
    • All forms of photography or videography and the use of mobile devices are not permitted during the programme. The programme has included professional photo taking service, whilst, all photos and videos taken can be purchased for a fee.
    • Please arrive at the gathering location on time. Latecomers will be regarded as absentees and might not be admitted to the programme.

    Note:

    • Participants must be aged 8 or above. 
    • All participants must be paid. No accompanying guest is allowed (include children who are under age of 3). 
    • Eligible participants aged 8-11 must be accompanied by a paying parent/ guardian who satisfies all programme requirements. An eligible paying parent/ guardian can accompany a maximum of ONE eligible paying participants aged 8-11. 
    • Eligible participants aged under 18 must have their parent/guardian's signature on the Health Declaration form & liability release to confirm the detail before the programme starts. 
    • This programme is not recommended for any pregnant women. 
    • This programme is not recommended for any women in menstruation cycle. 
    • All applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • A valid admission ticket to the Park is required to join the programme. The price of the admission ticket is not included in the programme fee.
    • The content, itinerary, dates and application methods of the programmes may subject to change or cancellation due to occasional animal needs or any other particular circumstances without prior notice.
