    Programmes for Primary School Students (6-11 years old)

    Ocean Discovery (Junior)

    • Visit ‘Shark Mystique’ and ‘Sea Jelly Spectacular’ exhibits to discover and compare the physiological structure of sharks and sea jellies
    • Discover the unique senses of sharks and sea jellies through group games
    • Understand the inseparable relation between ocean animals in food web

    Rainforest and Polar Discovery (Junior)

    • Visit ‘Rainforest’ and ‘Polar Adventure’ exhibits to discover the unique talent of animals
    • Find out the relationship between rainforest, polar region and human, as well as understand the importance of biodiversity through an interactive game
    • Explore and appreciate the special talents of other animals, as well as understand the irreplaceable roles of both humans and different organisms in the world

    Rides Discovery (Junior)

    • Explore the use of simple machines and hydraulic power in theme park facilities
    • Reveal the design of ‘Frog Hopper’ and experience the ride
    • Create your own exciting stall game using simple machines

    #One-way travelling time between the Ocean Park Main Entrance and The Summit is about 45 minutes. Please allow sufficient time to reach the programme location and return from Ocean Park.

    ˇIncludes education programme and self-visit at the Park

    Ocean Park issues 1 teacher complimentary ticket for every 10 student tickets purchased per group, so they can accompany students to the classroom session. An extra programme fee applies for any additional teacher to enter the Park. Students cannot use the teacher complimentary tickets, and vice versa.

    The programme fees are valid until 28 February 2021.

    Programmes for Secondary School Students (12-17 years old)

    Ocean Discovery (Senior)

    • Visit ‘Shark Mystique’ exhibit to find out more about the physiological structure and survival skills of marine animals
    • Investigate the general impressions of sharks and understand the concept of sustainable fishery
    • Learn to use natural resources wisely and produce a short video to promote sustainable lifestyle

    Rainforest and Polar Discovery (Senior)

    • Visit ‘Rainforest’ and ‘Polar Adventure’ exhibits to explore the relationship between environments and human
    • Find out more about the origins of ingredients in the products that human use in everyday life through an interactive game
    • Investigate the impacts of human activities on rainforest and polar region, as well as propose low-carbon living plan to protect the environment

    Rides Discovery (Senior)

    • Compare and examine the elements of different roller coasters in theme park
    • Ride on ‘Hair Raiser’ to experience the design
    • Build and test your own roller coaster based on the law of conservation of energy
